Recruitment Administrator/resourcer required!!
FirstFix recruitment, an established recruitment agency who supply construction workers to companies all over the UK are looking for a recruitment administrator/Resourcer.
Working hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break.
Salary paid to begin with will be slightly above the minimum wage for your age (As of April 2023) and will be reviewed every year.
28 days holiday per annum.
Excellent promotional prospects within the company as it grows and regular salary reviews based on your performance.
Duties to include;
Answering incoming calls to the business
Registering temporary workers on our data base
Resourcing candidates to fill vacant job positions
Attaching documents to workers files and updating workers files along with any other associated administration tasks and checking peoples right to work status.
Advertising our jobs on job boards and social media outlets
Any other general administration duties.
This position will involve making a lot of outbound calls to workers to see if they are looking for work which you must be comfortable with.
Full training and ongoing support will be given
Experience is not essential but we require the following attributes:
• Self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Organised
• Willing to learn
• PC literate
• Good numeracy and literature
• Hard working
