2. Identification

We are required by law to ensure that BEFORE applicants start work they are eligible to work in the UK and hold supporting documents. This paperwork is required BEFORE we process your wages.

Please attach 1 copy from list 1 OR 2 copies from list 2:

List 1:

  • Signed, current UK Passport
  • A Passport containing a UK certificate of entitlement to like in the UK
  • EEA Member State Identity Card or Passport which confers right of entry to or residence in the UK
  • UK Residence permit issued by the Home Office to EEA nationals
  • National Identity Card containing your photograph

List 2:

  • A document issued by a previous employer, Inland Revenue, Dept for Work & Pensions, Jobcentreplus etc with your NI number
  • A UK photocard driving license
  • A birth certificate issued in the UK, which specified the names of holders parents
  • A birth certificate issue in the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Ireland
  • A letter issued by the home office granting indefinite leave to enter or remain in the UK

Confirmation of Home Address

Under the Working Time Regulations 1998, you are not permitted to work more than an average of 48 hours per week unless you opt out. If you opt out, you will you will be permitted to work more than 48 hours per week but are not under any obligation to do so. If you choose to opt out, you may withdraw your consent at any time by giving us seven days notice in writing.

Failure to declare a conviction may require us to exclude you from our register or terminate an assignment if the offence is not declared but later comes to light.
